The hardware can be used for wooden shells sizes 14X5.5, 14X6, and 14X6.5 inches.
All thicknesses and wood types can be used.
Fewer parts make for a lighter instrument. (1kg less that a similar snare)
The snare wires can stay in place when changing heads. After removing the top head, the wooden shell can be taken out, and the bottom head can be removed and replaced.
Collector’s item because of very low quantities made.
Comes with a bespoke Tuner JigZ© for easy set-up of the heads prior to your preferred tuning.
Bearing edges.
The snare featured on this page has two different bearing edges. One side has a rounded, and the other has a 45-degree bearing edge.
All types of bearing edges are possible.
The wooden shell can be swapped for different ones.
Air vents.
This snare has 3 times 12mm air vents.
The craftsmanship is so high that there is no need for air vent grommets.
The 3 air vents let the snare breathe which gives a finer response at low-volume playing, more dynamics, and a shorter decay.
Any choice of air vents is possible including none.
Easy head change.
The outer ring holds all the hardware, which makes it very easy to change both the top and bottom heads without having to remove the snare wires.
